Step 1
Contact a member of our dedicated Servicedesk (click here for regional offices) to log a new support request.
Step 2
Click the link below, where you will be redirected to TeamViewer for the support tool to download.
Step 3
A download will begin of a small virus-free program and further instructions will be provided by the Servicedesk agent.
Step 4
Supply the User ID and Passwords to your Servicedesk member and your session will begin shortly.
