As soon as you become aware that important data may have been lost from a hard drive, RAID (redundant array of inexpensive disks) or other storage device, shut down the computer to which it is connected. Continuing to use it is likely to make recovery more difficult.
On examination of the device, Acuutech will provide a report listing the names and timestamps of all the files that exist on it, including deleted ones, even if the device has failed mechanically or electronically. We will then work with you to identify the files that need to be recovered.
